It’s easy to buy your own Royal Sands Villa and save a ton of money in the process.

Royal Sands Beachfront Villa in Phase 2, located in Building P, is a full 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, sleep 6 villa with a huge balcony and is located on the 3rd floor with incredible ocean views. There’s nothing but golden sand between this Villa and the blue Caribbean!

Every year usage begins in 2024. It’s easy to rent in years you can’t or don’t use your villa. And, you’ll receive Residual Rights in 2050 (meaning you’ll get a percentage of your investment back when the resort is sold-just like when the Royal Islander, Caribbean and Mayan were sold).

All closings go through Interval Servicing (ISCO), Royal Resorts management company. And, the buyer closing costs are very low. I use ISCO’s transfer service ($315) and escrow service ($250) for a simple, quick, inexpensive and secure transfer, fully protecting both the buyer and seller.
